use ocean wp theme it is quite good. and it is free too.
use elementor for designing, and ElementsKit Lite This is addons for Elemetor with tons of widgets.

Ocean Extra for add extra features here you can get some premium extension,

ocean Social sharing its simple plugin for sharing posts .

sticky Header OceanWp get fresh header faster, its quite good.

Livemesh Addons for elementor in this you can get some other premium features,

Envato Elements you can access free good templete.

at last when will complete the website you should smush Pro to optimize all the photos and other stuff to for speeding you website .


using elementor you can make quite good landing page,
