remove adblocking from my tutflix account!

I have unknowingly used adblocker on this site because I had reset my browser. can you please explain how to resolve it?

how I go back to normal user as this text asking me to.

[ATTENTION] Hi, we noticed that you are using AdBlocker, we don't mind using adblocker but using adblocker for abusing our service is not allowed anymore. If you are a contributor on the forum we can allow AdBlock software. Right now, there is some limitation applied to your account. To remove the limitation & go back to normal user mode you have to visit/surf our forum by disabling Adblocker at least 12 times to remove this limitation.

follow the written notice on top of your forum dashboard

First disable adblocker surf few many pages then it will revert back to normal.
