courses downloed are in word document format

I have downloaded awwwards' course but instead of zip folder of videos it is in word doucment format of almost 1gb+, and so I can not even open them in word due to large size limitation. How can i access the course? is there any trick to convert them to other format? or is it really meant to be a word document? I have no idea, please help!

Should be rar. Try changing the extension to .rar and try extracting using winrar.
