I want to learn android development with kotlin and I have been trying to find android kotlin course on udemy but most of the courses, on the review section people say the course isn't up to date.

You can try the new JetBrains Academy Kotlin course (text and practice based but must be good as JetBrains were the main people behind Kotlin).

I recall "Keep On Coding" YouTube channel providing a month free trial link for JetBrains Academy on one of its very recent videos.
