Which Programming Language for Web Development?

I want to get into web development, but I'm not sure which programming language to start with. Any suggestions or personal experiences to share? Also, any great courses or ebooks focused on web development would be much appreciated.

For resources, there are tons of resources here: just search for JONAS SCHMEDTMANN here and you should take all his courses starting from the order i gave to to you.

For youtube resources, search for NETNINJA, TRAVERSY MEDIA, or CODEEVOLUTION.

Will i however advice you to learn web development for the purpose of getting a job? Nope, because it's wildly saturated even in third world countries.

However, i would advice you to learn the backend of things.

and i mean, learning C# and ASP.NET or JAVA and SPRINGBOOT. there is also PHP and LARAVEL (but you still need to learn a bit of HTML and CSS)
