here is an interesting rant i found online.

i think people should learn something and stick to it for a longer period of time. there are so many beginner programmers out there flooding the field and just building simple apps like todo lists and tic tac toe. they think that's all there is to being a full stack developer, but there's so much more to it. if you want to land a job, you need to go a step further and build more complex apps. try reading through open source projects and implementing a small subset of it or write a blog post about what you learned from the codebase. be active in github and involve yourself in open source projects. talk with people and learn from them.

100% Go with Java+Spring mate, it's the most used language in enterprises.
Js is fun for learning and side projects but it won't find you a job quickly
