How do you guys manage time for studying and upskilling or work on building passive income sources after work hours?
I work from 8:30 to 6 and feels so drained. No energy to code/study after logging off from work. I would like to know how you guys manage your time and make the most out of your available time.
Maybe that will help me come up with a suitable plan so that I can act upon it.

I too work for 8:30 to 6:00 pm. However what I do is I try to study early morning from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM and before sleeping I study 1 hour.
that's really good. at what time do you go to bed?
Also I'm curious about the tech stack you work on your job and what are you currently studying?

I work as a fullstack dev( reactjs java springboot mysql) and my work hours are not fixed. tasks are delivery basis so sometimes if I'm stuck with something i might have to stretch still i manage to find or make time from 10pm to 2am for upskilling and morning 9-10am and during weekends is when I get to go on full throttle and reach my goals. might not work for everyone but yeah you gotta find what works best for you.
