Can we make safe how-to download / upload guide ?

Heyo guys,

I just asked myself the other day, can we as a forum community make an universal and safe how to download / upload guide?

I was thinking listing best privacy and security oriented VPN providers (no affiliate links), making email aliases / fake emails to protect your indentity,
generating free cloud storage for MEGA with multiple accounts (or on other cloud based storage providers). [Since I have 1 TB+ of good resources and I want to share it with the forum]

This guide would include how to safely download and scan for viruses all resources, also how to upload new resource that cannot be tracked back to you (using VPN and cleaning out meta-data).

This is just an idea, and I'm sure that I cannot do it myself alone, so I'm asking you guys what are your opinions on this - can we make it possible and is it necessary at all?

If you ask me, I would say, use Tor and let it do the hard work.
If needed much more, use Tails
