Alert if requested course will be deleted or not apporved.

Just a thought :

I posted a request but I think it has been deleted. So, can we get the alert if in case for any reason posted request not approved.

Also just an enhancement :

We are allowed to post 2 requests per week, so can we freeze the post button if already requested 2 times in a week and if it's approved. So don't have to remember.
